HOW TO USE THE DYNAMIC LOCK FACILITY IN BSNL LANDLINE/BFONE

1. To make lock code:
Suppose u want to make 4569 as ur lock code then follow the following procedure:
- Dial 123 4569 4569 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted"
By doing the above step ur lock code viz. 4569 will be registered in the BSNL exchange data base. This step is required to be done only when u are registering ur lock code for the first time or u have requested to wash ur lock code.
2. To Lock STD/ISD (Local, Mobile, Special services will be allowed)
- Dial 124 4569 1 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted".
3. To Lock STD/ISD/Mobile (Local and special services are allowed)
- Dial 124 4569 2 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted".
4. To Lock STD/ISD/Mobile/Local (Only special services are allowed)
- Dial 124 4569 4 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted".
5. To Open
- Dial 124 4569 0 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted".
6. To change lock code (Suppose ur new code is 3458 and old code is 4569)
- Dial 123 4569 3458 and wait for announcement "Your Code has been accepted".

Do listen to the announcement care fully and if u hear 'Code u have dialled is wrong' then check ur lock code once again.
If u dial the wrong lock code for 10 consequitive times then ur lock will be jammed and u will have to contact the local SDE for resetting of lock code.

Instructions for the use of OCHCCR.EXE & OCHTCR.EXE:

Take a few minutes to read the below given instructions. Thank u.
1. Create a new folder and give it any suitable name.
2. Copy ur text file containing Ochla in the above folder.
* The Ochla file should be proper & make sure that it does not contain stray characters.
* Its better to rename this file with the name as short as possible w/o any spaces.
3. Copy this program aslo in ur new folder.
4. Double click this program and enter the file name of ur test file copied. (like och.txt)
* Path of file is not required.
5. Enter the o/p file name. (Like och.xls).
* Ur Excel File containing processed Ochla will be created in ur folder.
6. Close the program window after entering the op file name.

• INDINPRG.EXE is the program to process the INDIN file. This software is benificial when we have to do so many tariff changes almost in every 3-4 months. This program just converts the INDIN file captured in a text file to a excel file which can then be modified very easily within no time to make the macro for the required tariff or routing changes. Instructions for the use of INDINPRG.EXE

1. Capture the INDIN file in a text file. e.g. INDIN: TRAD=1;

2. Create a new folder and give it any name.

3. Copy ur INDIN text file in the folder created above.

* The text file should be free from any stray characters for better results

4. Rename ur INDIN text file to INPUT.txt

5. Copy the INDINPRG.EXE too in this folder.

6. Double Click INDINPRG.EXE and wait for 10-15 sec.

7. Close the program window.

8. Ur Output.xls file is ready. It contains INDIN parameters of a route in single row.

9. Rest depends upon u how u use this to ur advantage. U can make macros very easily. For example, if we have a task to change the PTXN for the category 10 from 44 to 42. Insert a new column just after first one. Type " ,TRAD=1,PTXN=42-10:Y:" in first row of this new column and drag this line upto last row in this column. Copy the two columns and paste them into a new text file and ur macro format is ready.

• ABOIL.EXE is the program for converting the text file containing the captured ABOIL to the macro format. It is very useful when we want to modify the subscribers in bulk or during number series changing. U can download the program from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=S09D04GR

Instructions for using ABOIL.EXE and ABOIN.EXE

1. Create a new folder and give it any suitable name.
2. Copy ur text file containing ABOIL/ABOIN in the above folder.
* The ABOIL/ABOIN file should be proper & make sure that it does not contain stray characters.
* Its better to rename this file with the name as short as possible w/o any spaces.
3. Copy the program aslo in ur new folder.
4. Double click this program and enter the file name of ur test file copied. (ABOIN.txt)
* Path of file is not required.
5. Enter the o/p file name. (Like ABOIN.mac).
* Ur macro file will be created in ur folder.
6. Close the program window after entering the op file name.

Solution for Windows cannot find '"C:\DOCUMENTS.'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

1. Install a latest Antivirus on ur PC and scan ur PC with it to remove any virus threats.

2. Download "Windows defender" from microsoft website and scan ur pc for the spywares/adwares.

3. Click on Start>Run and type msconfig.

4. In the Startup tab uncheck the below option

Manager "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Adobe\Manager.exe"

OR

IF UR USER ACCOUNT NAME IS NOT ADMINISTRATOR BUT "MOHAN" (SAY) THEN

Manager "C:\Documents and Settings\MOHAN\Application Data\Adobe\Manager.exe"

Unchecking the above option cures the problem temporarily.

U need not worry of the registry entries as far as ur system is working fine and u have latest Adware/Spyware.
